After opening Shannara 1 back in 1999 , Franco and his staff have cultivated their passion for raw fish by opening various restaurants in Milan under the same name, Shannara .

As time went by, Franco decided to focus more on customer satisfaction and less on expanding the chain, leading to a reduction of the premises in his name. Today, Franco and his staff own Shannara 1 and Shannara 3 .

After all these years and countless changes, however, the mission is and will always remain the same: to create a meeting point for raw fish lovers in the center of Milan.
